• We do not offer complimentary winding on sale and clearance items. If you’d like to get it caked please search ‘Cake’ in our search bar to find our cake winding service. Add 1 for each skein you’d like to have done. 

You may get multiple dye lots for the same product. 

• We do not guarantee matched dye lots for clearance items and while we will match dye lots where we can, we cannot guarantee matched lot numbers. 

As Clearance items are all FINAL SALE, we will not contact you regarding mis-matched lot numbers prior to fulfilling your order. 

• Clearance items are priced with the possibility of different dye lots taken into account.  Please contact us via our email (in the contact section) PRIOR to placing an order with any questions.
