Cocoknits is a small team of women based in Oakland, California, who believe all Makers should have beautiful, high-quality, tools to use in their craft. 

At Cocoknits, they carefully consider the environmental impact and sustainability with every product they design and package. All products are ethically sourced from China, the US, and Morocco. The packaging is reusable and recyclable, and many of their products can also be recycled. They’ve made a promise to keep trying to bring you fun, new tools in as sustainable a manner as possible!

Cocoknits supports makers with a diverse set of backgrounds, beliefs, and values. They carefully consider the cultural impact and inclusivity with every pattern design and company communication. They hire professional photographers, models, tech editors, sample knitters, and graphic designers who are paid professional rates. This, in turn, creates work for entrepreneurial women.
