Shipping policy

Under normal circumstances, orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We are a one woman show so please be patient.  We do our very best to get orders processed and shipped within 3 - 5 days but sometimes we are unable to keep to that standard timeframe.

Please note:
While we do understand that shipping issues can be frustrating as a consumer, we are not responsible for any unforeseen delays that are out of our control including but not limited to high volume of orders, postal service problems and / or delays. 

We are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier - this includes lost / stolen packages. 

We do not offer refunds or replacements for packages that are marked as delivered unless the carrier deems them officially lost.

We ship everything with insurance coverage up to $100.  In the event of a lost package you can submit a claim with the appropriate shipping company to recuperate the cost of lost goods up to $100.  You will receive this only if the shipping carrier deems the package to be lost or damage.

Each carrier has their own lost / stolen packages policy and we encourage you to review the policy of the shipper you have chosen at checkout.

Customs / Fees / Duties

All customs fees / duties / taxes are your responsibility as the customer.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Little Bow Fibre Company is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

When to Contact Us

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at littlebowfibreco@yahoo.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

If your package is still missing 14 days after the marked delivery date, we are happy to open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf if you should choose not to handle this on your own, but it will take longer to resolve.  Prior to that, you must contact your local post office and confirm the package was not delivered there instead of to your home mailbox as they will hold your package for 15 days.

If the shipping carrier does deem the package as lost they will give us the insurance coverage up to $100 and in turn we will refund you the amount of your order up to, and not exceeding $100.
