Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase date, if the item is unused and in its original condition. For orders being shipped back to us, we will issue a refund minus a 4% restocking fee on each item and any shipping costs, if applicable. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at littlebowfibreco@yahoo.com within 2 days of receipt of the parcel. Please provide us with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.  Please see our shipping policy for more information on damaged packages.

Exchanges can only be done in-store.
