We Are Knitters

The duo that is We Are Knitters consists of 2 former employees working in a corporate environment who, on a work trip to New York in 2010, saw someone knitting on the subway.  That sighting changed the trajectory of their 20 something lives forever.  Flash forward to today, We Are Knitters (aka WAK) is a brand well-known by Millennials through to Gen Xer's and beyond.  They most notably sell kits and are completely online, unlike some traditional craft retailers. They've found that sweet spot of quality fibers, cool colourways and designs, well prepped kits and east to follow how-to videos (in case you get stuck) all wrapped up in a very appealing price tag that has multiple generations swooning.
