Mail and parcels will not be processed in our usual timeframe of 3-5 days. We will ship orders every Monday / Tuesday only. Our local UPS has similar operating hours to us. Due to this overlap, we are unable to ship out packages on the days our brick and mortar is open for business.
Ensure secure connection between interchangeable tip and cable with heart-shaped rubber grippers. Wrap gripper around tip for extra grip. Utilize tightening key for screw connection.
